Terms and conditions
Last updated: 6 August 2026
This is a courtesy translation. The German AGB are the legally binding version.
These terms govern the use of this website and all treatments at our studio. By booking an appointment or attending your treatment you accept them. The website and the studio are operated by Razigul Ebner — Saku Razi, Michaelbeuernstraße 3, 5020 Salzburg, Austria.
1. Booking an appointment
You can book through the booking module on this website or by phone on +43 699 10740102. All treatments are by appointment only.
The contract is concluded when we confirm your appointment. Please give us accurate contact details so we can reach you about your visit.
2. Cancellation and rescheduling
If you cannot make your appointment, please let us know at least 24 hours in advance. That lets us offer the slot to someone else.
We charge nothing for a timely cancellation. If appointments are repeatedly missed without notice, we may ask for a deposit to secure future bookings. We would tell you the amount in advance, before you commit.
3. Late arrival
If you arrive late we will do our best to still treat you. Out of consideration for the appointments that follow, a significant delay may mean a shortened treatment or, if necessary, rescheduling.
4. Prices
Prices shown on this website are in euros and are final prices (small-business exemption under § 6(1)(27) Austrian VAT Act, so no VAT is shown).
Treatments without a listed price are put together individually. The final price is always given and confirmed before your treatment begins — you will never be charged an amount you have not agreed to beforehand. Listed prices may change; what applies is the price agreed with you before your treatment.
5. Payment
Payment is due after the treatment. Ask us in the studio or by phone which payment methods we accept.
6. Health, allergies and safety
Your safety comes first. Before your treatment, please tell us about allergies, skin sensitivities, inflammation, pregnancy, illnesses or medication that could affect how the treatment goes or turns out.
Our treatments are for beauty care and wellbeing. They do not replace medical diagnosis or therapy and are not medical treatment. If you have health complaints, please see a doctor.
We reserve the right to decline, stop or postpone a treatment where the condition of your skin or nails presents a risk (infection, open wound, fungal infection), where the requested treatment cannot be performed safely, or in the event of disrespectful behaviour towards our team or other guests.
After your treatment we give you aftercare advice. The result and how long it lasts depend on you following it.
7. If something isn't right
If the result does not match what we agreed, please tell us as soon as possible — ideally within a few days of your visit — so we can look at it with you and find a solution. Your statutory warranty rights under the Austrian Civil Code (ABGB) are unaffected.
8. Liability
We provide our services with the care and skill expected of a professional studio. We are fully liable for personal injury under the applicable law, as we are for intent and gross negligence. Mandatory rights under the Austrian Consumer Protection Act and the Product Liability Act remain unaffected.
To the extent permitted by law, the following also applies:
- we are not liable for the consequences of an allergy, sensitivity or condition you did not disclose before the treatment, or for inaccurate information you gave us;
- we are not liable for the result where the aftercare advice was not followed, or where a third party has worked on the result;
- results vary from person to person. Photographs on this website and on our social media are illustrative and are not a promise of an identical result;
- we are liable for personal belongings lost, forgotten or damaged at the studio only where we are at fault.
9. Photographs and social media
We love showing our work. We publish a photograph taken during your visit only with your consent, and you may withdraw it at any time — the post will then be removed within a reasonable period.
10. Online booking and website availability
The booking module is provided by an external partner and embedded in this website. We aim to keep the site available and accurate, but cannot guarantee it will be free of interruptions or errors. If the booking module is temporarily unavailable, you can always book by phone.
11. Right of withdrawal in distance contracts
Booking online creates a distance contract for services. For contracts for services connected with leisure activities that are to be provided on a specific date or during a specific period, § 18(1)(10) of the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG) provides no statutory right of withdrawal. Our voluntary cancellation policy in section 2 is unaffected and continues to apply.
12. Intellectual property
Text, photographs, graphics and the design of this website belong to Razigul Ebner — Saku Razi or are used with the rights holders' permission. Any reproduction or commercial use without our prior written consent is prohibited.
13. Data protection
How we handle your personal data is described in our privacy policy, which forms an integral part of these terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
Austrian law applies, excluding its conflict-of-law rules and the UN Convention on Contracts for the International Sale of Goods. For consumers resident in Austria, the statutory place of jurisdiction under § 14 of the Consumer Protection Act (KSchG) applies; mandatory consumer protection provisions of the country where you habitually reside remain unaffected.
15. Changes
We may change these terms. The version published on this page is the one in force, and the date of its last update is shown at the top. The terms that apply to your appointment are those in force when you booked.
